Segovia is a small, family-oriented town around 90 Km. from Madrid, and is near to the Guadarrama range of mountains. It is at 1000m above sea level which means that the summer is not too hot. Historically the main activity in Segovia has been agriculture, but recently tourism has become a very important industry. The town is famous for its Romanesque architecture, acueduct, varied landscape and of course its cuisine.
